With a background as a former collegiate wrestler/coach and an MBA, Michael is driven by discipline, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence—qualities that are invaluable in the luxury yachting industry.

Outside of work, Michael and his wife, Stephanie—a talented Aesthetics & Regenerative Physician Associate—enjoy spending time on the water, golfing, shucking clams and oysters, crafting cocktails, and rewatching The Sopranos.
